Carrot Thoran
Carrot thoran is simple and easy to make stir fry sidedish for any variety of rice.

Ingredients
- 4medium carrots(peeled and grated)
- 1/4cup Grated coconut
- 1/2tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2tsp urad dal
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1sprig Curry Leaves
- Saltto taste
- 2 tsp Oil
Instructions

Heat the oil, add the mustard seeds, when its starts to splutter add the urad dal.

Add the grated carrots, green chillies, salt, sprinkle 3 tbsp of water on it; cover and cook on medium heat for 8-10 mins.

Add the grated coconuts and curry leaves and stir well.

Remove from the fire and serve hot with rice and Enjoy!
